This could be the motto of the range of gins without alcohol, sugar and salt created by the Belgian Ludwig Lampaert. Originally from Flemish Brabant, Ludwig was active for many years in the distribution of wines and spirits, before having fun creating his own gins in 2015. In 2018, to meet a demand more and more frequently expressed, he imagine a new range: No Ghost in a Bottle, Herbal & Floral Delight, and thus launches on the market the first non-alcoholic distillates of Belgium. If the project is ambitious, the idea is simple and more than honorable: elaborate herbal and flowers, these new distillates are intended to provide a unique taste experience for people who do not consume alcohol or also want to consume non-alcoholic alternatives. And where many non-alcoholic beverages and other mocktails are often too sweet, Ludwig strives to create a pure, authentic product, to provide a real pleasure taste. "Trends are changing, consumers like to vary their experiences, but they often come together in search for quality products, even non-alcoholic," says Ludwig. With his new range No Ghost in a Bottle, and Herbal & Floral Delight, Ludwig offers healthy products, carefully crafted, offering an authentic experience and pure flavors. With the creation of these natural distillates without sugar, salt or alcohol, this is a nice alternative for all those who drink little or no alcohol ... but know how to enjoy the good things! And indeed, well beyond! Throughout the year, No Ghost in a Bottle will allow the occasional "BOB" or people who do not consume or little alcohol, to enjoy a good glass of gin. The success of the brand has not been long in coming. Quickly available in more than 250 points of sale in Belgium's classic cellar circuit, Ludwig's gin without alcohol soon won the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. No Ghost in a Bottle range comes in two versions, a floral and a herbal.
FLORAL DELIGHT Floral Delight is a delicate combination of different flowers and fruit flowers. Mix 5 cl of Floral Delight with a neutral tonic (or club soda) in a glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with some red berries or a piece of fresh apple. Variation: replace the neutral tonic with a tonic elderflower (elderberry). Herbal Delight is a symphony of classic herbs and a hint of fresh ginger. Mix 5 cl Herbal Delight with a neutral tonic (or club soda) in a glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or a piece of pink grapefruit. Variation: replace the neutral tonic with a ginger ale.
