DARKER DON
- 5 cl Don Papa
- 15 cl de bière au gingembre
- Un quart de citron verre
- Glace pilée
Pour crushed ice into the glass and add 5cl of Don Papa.
Then add 15 cl of ginger beer.
Squeeze a quarter of lime into the glass and add another quarter for decoration.
Finish with a fresh mint branch.
ESPRESSO MARTINI PAPA
- 4 cl Don Papa
- 2,5 cl espresso
- 2cl Tia Maria
- 1 cl sirop de sucre de canne
- Glace pilée
Pour crushed ice or ice cubes into a shaker. Then add all the ingredients in the shaker. Shake for ten seconds. Pour the contents of the shaker through a strainer into a cold glass. Finish with three coffee beans.

DON ROCIO
- 4 cl Don Papa
- 2 cl Licor 43
- 1 cl speculoos Monin
- 2 cl citron vert frais
- Blanc d’œuf
- Glace pilée
Pour all the ingredients into the shaker. Shake the shaker very firmly for 10 seconds.
Pour crushed ice into the shaker and shake again for 10 seconds.
Pour the contents of the shaker through a strainer into a cold glass.
Finish with a slice of lime on the glass and a few crumbs of speculoos on the egg white.
GRAHAM’S PAPA
- 6 cl Don Papa
- 3 cl Graham's 10 Year Old Tawny Port
- 2 traits de angostura bitters
- 2 traits de orange bitters
- Glace
Pour two ice cubes into the glass and add the bitters and 2 cl of Graham's 10 Year Old Tawny Port. Stir for 10 seconds.
Add two ice cubes and 3 cl Don Papa.
Stir for 10 seconds.
Add two more ice cubes and 3 cl Don Papa.
Stir for 10 seconds.
Finish with a slice of dried orange.
Who is Jannick De Vogelaere?
Jannick De Vogelaere is the 25 year old barman from the Bar des Amis in Ghent.
After six years of military service, he decided to devote himself to his other passion: the horeca. He trained at Bar Connector in Brussels and made his passion for cocktails a reality.
He is elected in 2019 winner of the Don Papa Rum BCB Contest in Antwerp thanks to his own creation of Don Papa 'Don Rocio'.

DON PAPA UNVEILS "GLASS AT TARSIER"
CUSTOMIZED TO BE PART OF THE SUGARLANDIA GIFT BOX FOR HOLIDAYS
Don Papa Rum, the premium small batch rum from Negros in the Philippines, has just unveiled its first custom glass to be part of the exclusive gift box for holiday retail.
The launch is scheduled for October 1st.
The glass, which pays tribute to the lush flora and fauna found on the equally lush volcanic land of Sugarlandia, the local name given to the island of Negros, represents the world's smallest primate - the tarsier, maliciously perched on the edge of the glass.

Inspired by the mystical origins of his homeland and by the revolutionary hero who inspired his name - Papa Isio, also known as 'Lion of Kanlaon', which in turn takes its name from the active volcano of the MountKanlaon Island, the gift box contains a 7-year-old bottle (70cl) of Don Papa and green tarsier glass in a beautiful Sugarlandia themed box.
It is in Sugarlandia, known for its endless fields of sugar cane, that Don Papa is produced from molasses in the color black gold.
It matures for 7 years in American oak barrels before being selected and assembled to perfection by the cellar master of Don Papa.
