Launched in 2008, GAIA's Faux Gras® was created as an alternative to 100% animal-free fatty liver without animal suffering. Since then, sales have continued to soar and, given the demand, it was time to propose a new flavor. "In 2018, no less than 500,000 boxes of GAIA" Classic "Faux Gras® were sold.
This means that 500,000 people have opted for an animal-friendly purchase, avoiding the maintenance of the foie gras industry.
With this new cranberry exclusive formula, we hope to convince even more people, "says GAIA Director Ann De Greef.

As a first step, the Cranberry Faux Gras® - which carries the vegan label - will be available exclusively at Colruyt from December 9th.

From today, you can find delicious Faux Gras® recipes with cranberries on www.fauxgras.be.
Classic "Faux Gras" remains available in Carrefour, Champion, Colruyt, Cora, Delhaize, Intermarché, Lidl, Makro and Match stores, and in many organic grocery stores.
