The whole concept is summed up in the brand: through two of the most emblematic specialties of Italian cuisine, offering in the form of multiple versions the most seductive flavors of the Italian cuisine, this in a way that is as user-friendly as it is accessible to greater number.
Behind the idea, there are two enthusiasts that nothing predisposed to devote themselves to greed: Simona Ferretti and José d'Alessandro.
A lawyer by training, from the old Roman nobility, Simona decided to embark on the adventure of entrepreneurship in the wake of her husband José.
The latter, originally an MBA businessman, has worked for many multinationals.
It was precisely at the time when the couple lived in the USA, in Atlanta, where José worked for Coca-Cola, that Lasagna Tiramisù came to them.
Indeed, a little discouraged by the way the Italian cuisine was fantasized and very often very misinterpreted across the Atlantic, the two greedy, wondered how to value it in a way that is both authentic but also rational from the point of view of exploitation.
This through an innovative concept that, while carrying values of authenticity, could be rationally declined from a commercial point of view.
At first, the vagaries of Jose's hectic working life will not allow the couple to embark immediately on the adventure they always keep in mind.
It is only once returned to Europe and more precisely settled in Brussels that Simona and José will give strength and vigor to their idea which, meanwhile, has been able to mature!
However, it will take two years of reflection and three years of testing before the couple decides to embark on a new life, with a project fully developed, that of a kind of "slow-fast food".
If for reasons of exploitation, the kitchen is central to the various points of sale, the "home-made" side remains nevertheless fundamental in the spirit of founders.
They were eager to express through their lasagna, most of the great Italian classic pasta preparations.
All the ingredients are as authentic as possible and today there are more than a hundred different recipes that are listed in the repertoire, every day four or five of them being proposed in each restaurant, next to the classic Lasagna Bolognese.
From all the registers, focused as much on vegetables as on meat or seafood, it is to a veritable anthology of the best pasta preparations, here declined in the form of lasagna, that are entitled to the afficionados of the 'teaches.
Among the preparations that are a little out of the ordinary are: pumpkin, nduja and shrimp; chestnut and ceps; crustaceans with pasta in cuttlefish ink; chocolate boar; salsiccia e friarielli; Deli ragù ...

Beautifully presented in its very practical verrine, here is a sweetness as original as delicious and can serve as a dessert as well as nice snacks!
Here too, beyond the classics, some very original creations: the rose; with truffles; "Natalino" (made by the minute on the basis of the famous Christmas panettone); figs and mango; with banana: cassata with ricotta and candied fruits.
