the first insurance "on demand" for motorcycles

The P & V Group (with its P & V and Vivium brands) introduces a new type of insurance: "on demand" insurance where the customer decides when to activate or deactivate it.
This concept, called CliCover, will first be applied to the property damage insurance for motorcycles.

CliCover: the customer chooses the days during which he wishes to be insured

The idea comes from a legitimate request from those who use their motorcycle for leisure purposes: why pay an annual premium for material damage, if I use my bike for a short period of the year?
The P & V Group found the answer by presenting CliCover.
The customer uses a user-friendly application to indicate the day (s) during which he / she wishes to insure against material damage, either in advance, or the same day before taking the road .
It pays only for the days filled in the application.
Liability insurance, required by law, however, must be paid on an annual basis.
Disaster assistance is always available, even if the customer has not saved their journey in the application.

The new insurance is born from a co-creation with bikers

From the beginning, the bikers were involved in the development of this insurance, as part of a community specially created for the occasion.
They provided valuable information on their driving habits and preferences, as well as feedback on existing motorcycle insurance.
Bikers were also actively involved in testing and evaluating the app.
CliCover Motorcycle Insurance is currently in the final test phase and will be available in the second half of 2019.
